The first indicator is that Calendly hosts its booking pages on its own domain. The fact that this page was on disposable infrastructure is a giveaway if you know to look for it. The Google sign-in flow has the same tell we noted above: none of the secondary buttons do anything. "Forgot email?", "Create account," all non-functional. It's the same pattern of only handling the happy path.
